FAQ

Service Questions

How is a commercial slab or tilt-wall project priced?+
Pricing depends on square footage, load requirements, reinforcement type (rebar, wire mesh, or post-tension), site access, and mobilization. We return a detailed, itemized bid after reviewing your plans.
Can you match our GC's specs and inspection requirements?+
Yes — we work from your engineer's plans and specs, and coordinate directly with your GC or inspector on scheduling required inspections at each stage of the pour.
Do you handle permitting and municipal inspections?+
We coordinate scheduling for municipal inspections tied to our scope of work. Permitting is typically handled by the GC or owner, but we'll flag anything needed for our portion of the job.
What's your post-tension curing and stressing timeline?+
Stressing typically begins once the concrete reaches the required strength, usually within a few days of the pour. Your project lead will give you exact timing based on the mix design and site conditions.
